Seacove Place is a condominium complex that is part of the Audubon neighborhood in Aliso Viejo, California. Residents enjoy many amenities, and are close to services and entertainment.
Seacove Place homes were built by Kathryn Thompson and there are 256 units here. This complex features several different floor plans that range from 988 to 1,441 square feet. Every home has a one car garage and at least two bedrooms and two baths. Streets that make up this community are Flumar Lane, Waxwing Lane, and Night Heron Lane.
Parents can choose from several excellent private schools in Aliso Viejo like VanDamme Academy and St. Mary’s. Or they can choose the Capistrano Unified Public School District which offers highly ranked facilities like Oak Grove Elementary School, Don Juan Avila Middle School, and Aliso Niguel High School. Soka University is nearby and offers a four year liberal arts program. It is also home to The Soka Performing Arts Center which seats 1,000 guests and plays host for many concerts.
Seacove Place is just minutes from the coastline as well as the Laguna Beach Downtown area. Here you’ll find hundreds of art galleries and a variety of things to buy including “made in Laguna” décor, jewelry, clothing, and bath oils. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and entertaining venues.
For the outdoors enthusiast, the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park is close to Seacove Place. It covers 7,000 acres of wilderness in the San Joaquin Hills and it features trails for the beginning hiker to the expert biker. Many trails lead to Laguna Beach and visitors enjoy the ridgeline views and canyons. This park is the only place you’ll find natural lakes in Orange County.
Aliso Viejo is known for its clean air and low crime. Homes in this region were first built in the early 1990’s. It is the only Orange County city to be incorporated since 2000.
